The Founders
Jeevan Sam
Jeevan comes from the Mawella Bay area and has a strong, practical understanding of the land, local ownership structures, and how business is conducted in the region.He entered the tourism and hospitality field in 2012, gaining hands-on experience by running a guesthouse in Tangalle. Alongside his local background, Jeevan spent over 10 years living and working in Poland, where he built an international business career in the life sciences sector.Today, he works as a senior manager and runs his own company in Poland, bringing structured thinking and high professional standards into his work.
Currently based in Mawella Bay, Jeevan is an active local entrepreneur, closely connected with landowners, authorities, and regional partners.Within the agency, he focuses on clear processes, verified information, and smooth communication between local sellers and international buyers.
Kristina
Kristina is originally from Slovakia and has lived in Sri Lanka for the past 9 years. During this time, she has been deeply involved in investment projects, construction coordination, hotel development, and hospitality operations.She spent 5 years living and working directly in the Mawella area, overseeing investment construction projects and managing hotel operations. Alongside real estate, she runs her own businesses in Sri Lanka and works professionally in hospitality development and consulting.Kristina brings an investor mindset, international perspective, and operational experience — understanding not only how to buy property, but how to build, operate, and grow value long-term.
